Extended Accelerator - Bachelor of Arts - Languages, Literatures and Cultures - Chinese Studies

The Extended Accelerator Program (EAP) combines language, culture and academics to give applicants a deep understanding of life in and out of the American classroom and includes personalized English-language instruction and tutoring.

As a student in the Extended Accelerator, learners will get:

Graduates in the Chinese studies concentration take courses in Mandarin while examining the social and historical aspects of Chinese culture, literature, politics and religion. They will study topics ranging from Tang Dynasty poetry and Chinese linguistics to Taiwanese pop music and contemporary Chinese cinema. China’s impact on the global economy continues to grow significantly, making Chinese studies an ideal double-major for international business students.
