3-Term Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Program - Life Sciences - Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Pharmacology

At ONCAMPUS Reading, students are given the opportunity to prepare for degree study and are assured progression to a variety of undergraduate degrees at the University of Reading. This program is specifically designed for international students who have completed their senior secondary education, with the aim of facilitating their entry into undergraduate studies at the University of Reading. Upon successful completion of the University Foundation Program with the required level of achievement in all academic areas and the necessary English language score, students will automatically transition to an undergraduate program at the University of Reading. The University Foundation Program is set at NQF level 3, which is equivalent to A level standard in the United Kingdom.

Most programs last for one academic year, divided into three terms consisting of seven to eight teaching weeks and one examination week. On average, students will participate in 21 (and up to 25) hours of classroom-based study per week.

Pharmacology course has been designed to align with the British Pharmacological Society’s core curricula and was developed with the needs of the pharmaceutical industry in mind.
