3-Term Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Program - Humanities and Social Sciences - Bachelor of Laws - Law

At ONCAMPUS Reading, students are given the opportunity to prepare for degree study and are guaranteed progression to various undergraduate degrees at the University of Reading. This program is specifically designed for international students who have completed their senior secondary education, aiming to help them gain entry into undergraduate studies at the University of Reading. Upon successfully completing the University Foundation Program with the required level of achievement in all academic areas and the necessary English language score, students will automatically transition to an undergraduate program at the University of Reading. The University Foundation Program is set at NQF level 3, equivalent to A level standard in the United Kingdom.

Most programs last for one academic year, divided into three terms consisting of seven to eight teaching weeks and one examination week. On average, students will engage in 21 (up to 25) hours of classroom-based study per week.

The LLB course is accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Bar Standards Board, providing the first qualification for entry into the legal profession.

In the first two years of the LLB, students are provided with the foundations of legal knowledge through modules in core areas such as criminal law, contract law, and public law. From the first year, students can also choose from a variety of specialist optional modules based on their interests.
