3-Semester Pathway - Foundation Degree in Health & Human Sciences - Continue to Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Nursing (Adult Health)

Students in Foundation Degree in Health and Human will build a rewarding career, supporting the local community. They can choose their area of expertise and then apply to study for Foundation program.

The three-semester program is designed to give candidates the study skills required to thrive as a student at the University of Plymouth. Once they successfully complete the program, they will undergo practical training to gain valuable real-world experience and earn a professional accredited degree.

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Adult Health) will prepare graduates to care for adults with acute/long-term illness, in a multitude of healthcare settings. They will be ready to play a vital role in health promotion and disease prevention as well as nursing adults. Working closely with other healthcare professionals, patients and their families, students will gain the necessary experience, competencies and skills needed to join the 1000s of the University of Plymouth's graduates working as registered nurses.
