About Bachelor of Arts - Communication - Multi-Platform Journalism and Media
The Bachelor of Arts - Communication program at the University of New Haven are designed to give students the specialized skills they need to creatively and successfully adapt to the continuing evolution of both interpersonal and mass communication.
Students earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication with a concentration in multi-platform journalism and media will build specialized knowledge and skills related to journalism, television, and video production across a variety of platforms and formats in addition to a solid grounding in communication fundamentals. Through coursework emphasizing writing and production, real world fieldwork opportunities, internships, and a practicum connected to the Charger Bulletin newspaper and television shows, they will learn to become competent and well-rounded media professionals.
