About Double Degree - Bachelor of Science - Computer Science & Bachelor of Business Administration - International Management (Optional Co-op)

With a combined Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Management (B.A./B.Mgt.) or a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Management (B.Sc./B.Mgt.) degree, students can explore a multitude of interests and careers. For example, students who are interested in managing an art gallery, they can major in art and general management. When sports marketing ignites their passion, they can major in kinesiology and marketing.

The Combined B.A./B.Mgt. or B.Sc./B.Mgt. degree program takes five years (50 courses) to complete and leads to the conferral of two degrees.

Bachelor of Management - International Management

International management is the practice of managing business, not-for-profit, governmental, or other entity's operations across countries. International management professionals are familiar with the culture, business practices, economic and political environment of countries in which multinational firms and/or other organizations operate. They have the skills needed to formulate effective management strategies in today’s globally complex and competitive environment.

Business is now recognized as a global practice, even if products and services never leave a local market. Global events and competition affect almost all companies and industry sectors. Therefore, it is important to understand the global environment as companies operate in a more complex and diverse environment where international factors come into play.

Bachelor of Science - Computer Science

Computer science is the study of algorithms and data structures and their applications in designing new and efficient solutions to industrial, technological, environmental or social problems.

Students will learn to tackle difficult problems using a variety of high-tech tools and approaches, and effectively communicate their expertise to others by coupling their technical learning with a solid grounding in liberal education.

The program is designed to enable students to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, including access to state-of-the-art hardware and software in the three computer labs whenever they need to use them.
