Bachelor of Arts and Science - Dramatic Arts & Computer Science (Optional Co-op)

• The BA (Dramatic Arts) allows for minors and a higher number of non-major courses than a Bachelor of Fine Arts – Dramatic Arts.
• If students are interested in both art and science, a BA & BSc (Dramatic Arts) allows for double majors: one in art and one in the sciences
• Students can combine their love of drama with a management degree from the Dhillon School of Business if their goal is to influence business operations in the cultural sector
• Students will also have full access to co-operative education, international exchanges, independent and applied studies, as well as volunteer opportunities.

Computer science is the study of algorithms, data structures and their applications in designing new and efficient solutions to industrial, technological, environmental or social problems.

Students will learn to tackle difficult problems using a variety of high-tech tools and approaches, and effectively communicate their expertise to others by coupling their technical learning with a solid grounding in liberal education.

The program is designed to enable students to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, including access to state-of-the-art hardware and software in the three computer labs whenever they need to use them.
