About Bachelor of Science - Organizational Management
The University of La Verne’s Organizational Management degree seeks to improve students’ managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The program is constructed in two parts. The first part consists of core classes that help students build skills that are critical in a constantly changing environment, with a focus on immediate application in the work setting. Core coursework also includes an opportunity for student research. The second part of the program consists of a wide range of electives from a variety of disciplines, which gives students the utmost flexibility in customizing their curriculum to suit their proposed career path.
Students must complete a minimum of 40 total credit hours in order to earn their Bachelor’s in Organizational Management. The core requirements consist of business management courses, while the diverse array of electives allow for a well-rounded education. Courses include Foundations of Business Ethics, Oral Communication in Organizations, and Management of Change & Conflict. .
