Master of Science - Nutritional Sciences

In this Master of Science - Nutritional Sciences program students will explore the complex relationships between nutrition, health, and disease with a master’s in nutritional sciences. They will study a variety of nutrition disciplines and be prepared to translate those topics into practical use for human and/or animal health and wellness. They will learn about the latest nutrition topics and research as they partner with accomplished faculty to address critical regional, international, and global issues. Current research expertise includes maternal and infant health and nutrition, human milk and breastfeeding, nutrition and cognition, and food safety.
