In the Management and Human Resources program, students gain practical knowledge and experience in management and human resources as well as operations, marketing, finance and other business functions. They learn to help their organizations build and manage a productive, high-quality workforce to stay competitive. Topics include hiring and employee relations, labor regulations and policies, training and administration, project management and more.
Strong leadership is integral to the success of any business. In this program, students will learn how to manage people and resources wisely in order to help their organization succeed. Students will build well-rounded business knowledge, strong communication skills, and skills in strategic planning, project management, administration and organization planning.
