The C. T. Bauer College of Business Master of Science in Global Business Leadership is perfect for those looking to broaden their business focus to a global scale. Here, students will focus on grand challenges in today’s global society, uniquely preparing for leadership positions not only in business, but also in non-profit organizations and governmental agencies at the federal, state, and municipal level. From this, students will be able to help solve major challenges that face the world in areas such as education, health, technology and more.

Students pursuing this degree have the opportunity to take courses, work with faculty, and gain skills in management and leadership, marketing, finance, supply chain, and accounting, using a global lens to become well-rounded, effective business leaders. All students put these skills to use through a global immersion experience on one of three continents: Latin America, Asia, or Europe. In addition, students have the option to complete a second and even a third learning abroad program, delving into business culture and practices across multiple continents.
