Program Description

With EHAC accreditation and paid internships, students in the University of Findlay Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and Sustainability program have the knowledge to be successful in any industry, as evidenced by Findlay's 100% job placement rate. Findlay students benefit from access to a nationally renowned All Hazards Training Center and state of the art labs. Built in conjunction with industry partners, these facilities provide Findlay's students with sought after skills in today's EHS workplaces. Students can choose their field of focus from: Emergency Management, Environmental Compliance, Safety & Occupational Health, and Sustainability. 

There are jobs available in the public, private, and government sectors as well as the armed forces. Qualified employees are highly sought after in this industry. On average, Findlay's students graduate with four job offers and a starting salary of $55,000.
