About Master of Laws - International Commercial and Business Law
On the LLM in International Commercial and Business Law, students will acquire the skills they'll need to succeed in modern legal practice. They'll learn to think from a global legal perspective whilst becoming expert in the law of international commerce, and graduate ready to work in private practice, in industry, or within a government department or regulator.
Students will be taught by experts, many of whom have practiced law at leading international commercial law firms. During their study, learners can apply for one of 50 internship placements. They can also attend careers panels, commercial awareness workshops, mock job interviews, the University's annual Law Careers Fair and many other events organized by the UEA Law School and the Careers Service.
Past LLM in International Commercial and Business Law graduates have gone into specialist areas of law, finance, the civil service, local government, administration or even teaching. Alternatively, students might continue their studies with a PhD.
