This program consists of a pathway program offered by INTO at the University of East Anglia followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of East Anglia. In an international foundation year students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into their intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.
The program provides the subject knowledge, language proficiency and study skills students need to progress to degree study at the University of East Anglia in a range of subjects from Accounting and Finance to History of Art. Students will develop the knowledge and skills for their chosen degree through a specialist pathway.
Prepare for a career getting the best out of people with a degree in business and human resource management. This degree, offered by Norwich Business School (NBS), in the Social Sciences Faculty at UEA, will prepare you to work within businesses – in general management, consultancy, and the human resource function.
The course is designed to allow flexibility in what student study, while providing a clear focus on the realm of people management. People are often claimed to be a key source of competitive advantage in business, and through this course you will discover why this is the case and how people can transform organizations. Student will also develop the skills necessary to manage people effectively in organizations, and get the chance to work socially with others on your course.
At UEA we focus on evidence-based management. Student will learn to pose questions and challenge assumptions, as well as how to use evidence to make your own decisions and back them up.
