Program Description

The financial services sector is at the very heart of every nation’s economy. For those who want to join this extraordinary world or be involved in the financial management of any organisation, UEA's combined Finance and Management degree will give them the rounded knowledge and skills employers seek.   

Students will learn about business finance, financial management, international financial services, financial modelling and investments. They will also develop an understanding of other key business management disciplines. This course will also give students the opportunity to test their skills with a year in industry, gaining invaluable first-hand work experience.     

This course is taught by professionals and leading researchers from the field. UEA's BSc Finance and Management with a Year in Industry degree will equip students with a wealth of skills to help fulfil their career ambitions.  

This program emphasises the development of transferable skills, all of which are highly relevant to business and management careers. Students will develop skills such as improved self-awareness and personal development skills appropriate to graduate careers in business. They will also develop their potential for management positions and gain the quantitative and analytical skills that are essential for a successful and rewarding career in the fast-paced industries of corporate finance, financial services, or financial markets.
