4-Term Pathway - International Foundation in Computing, Engineering and Science - Continue to Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Actuarial Sciences (with a Year in Industry)

This program consists of a pathway program offered by INTO at the University of East Anglia followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of East Anglia. In an international foundation year students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into their intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.

Actuarial Science draws upon principles from various fields including engineering, science, and computing sciences, particularly in the areas of data analysis, risk modeling, and financial forecasting. While core actuarial work involves mathematics, statistics, and finance, the integration of engineering, scientific, and computational techniques enhances the field's capabilities. 

It utilizes engineering principles to develop and implement risk models, which are essential for assessing and managing uncertainty in areas like insurance, investment, and financial planning.
