4-Term Pathway - International Foundation in Computing, Engineering and Science - Continue to Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) - Energy Engineering with a Year Abroad

This program consists of a pathway program offered by INTO at the University of East Anglia followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of East Anglia. In an international foundation year students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into their intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.

Energy Engineering, accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and Energy Institute, is an ideal route into the energy industry. Students will master fundamental energy and electrical engineering principles, tailoring their learning to their interests with options in renewable energy, nuclear energy, and oil and gas engineering. Ultimately, students will recognize the long-term goal of renewable energy alongside the broader reality of a sustainable energy mix. Studying at UEA means students will be at the heart of a booming energy sector, with a diverse range of engineering companies on their doorstep. Students will benefit from these industry links right from the start of their course. The most significant project will be the dissertation, where students will have the chance to undertake the practical element whilst on placement within the energy sector.
