Program Description
This program consists of a pathway program offered by INTO at the University of East Anglia followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of East Anglia. In an international foundation year students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into their intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.The International Foundation in Pharmacy, Health and Life Sciences leads to a wide range of science-related undergraduate degrees including Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and Biomedicine at UEA
Accredited by the Royal Society of Chemistry, our three-year Chemistry degree program will give you a solid grounding in all aspects of chemistry. In your first two years you’ll gain advanced knowledge of chemistry and develop your practical laboratory skills. Then in your third and final year you’ll tailor your study to specialize in the areas that reflect your interests and career aspirations, and undertake an independent research project, too.
If you possess an inherent curiosity about the world around you and you’re fascinated by the way chemicals interact, this course is an ideal choice. It will give you a real understanding of chemistry’s impact on every aspect of our lives, from our health and wellbeing to our economy. And it will give you the opportunity to use your imagination to take your thinking to extremes, and then apply it.
