3-Term Pathway - International Foundation in Business, Economics and Data - Continue to Bachelor of Art (Honours) - Business and Human Resource Management

This program consists of a pathway program offered by INTO at the University of East Anglia followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of East Anglia. In an international foundation year students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into their intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.

Prepare for direct entry to a range of postgraduate degrees, including Business Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Economics, International Business Economics, International Development, International Relations and Education, at UEA.

This program will help to develop the skills necessary to manage people effectively and have the chance to work socially with others on their course. Managing a ‘live’ HR project is just one experience on this course, which will help enhance student's CV and give them a competitive edge with employers. This version of the course includes a year spent in industry, providing students with invaluable on-the-job experience. 

After this degree, students will be equipped to enter a career within any human resources department. They will have the experience necessary to thrive in a large multinational corporation as well as the drive and enthusiasm to help small businesses and start-ups reach the next level. Additionally, the interpersonal skills developed throughout this degree will prepare graduates for any career they might choose to enter, whether business-related or not.
