About Bachelor of Science - Education - Physical Education (K-12)
Program Description
The mission of the Department of Exercise and Sport Science is to mentor undergraduate and graduate students through education, scholarship, and service, by advancing evidence-based practice across athletic training, exercise science, and physical education while enhancing wellness, productivity, and quality of life. Upon successful completion of the Physical Education-Teacher Education (PETE) Program, teacher candidates will be recommended to the Arkansas Department of Education for the initial teaching license.
