This Specialization in Supply Chain Management combines current digital technology, hands-on experience with Canadian industries, and a strong focus on sustainability and ethical practices.
The Specialization differentiates itself from other offerings in BC through courses that address current technological advances and business practices following the Covid-19 Pandemic, collaborations with Canadian supply chain leaders, and dedicated resources for international students to excel in the Canadian job market, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both global and local supply chain challenges and opportunities.
Development of this specialization was supported by a consultant’s report that documented the need for more MBAs with supply chain management expertise
Students may choose electives from a variety of fields, including Human Resources, Financial Management, Digital Marketing, Leadership, Project Management, and Entrepreneurship (see descriptions below). Each elective area consists of carefully designed courses that build specialized knowledge and practical skills, complementing the core MBA curriculum.
Electives are available in Term 3 and Term 4, with prerequisites to ensure students are prepared for advanced coursework. Students are encouraged to select electives based on their career objectives and consult with academic advisors for guidance.
Aspire Global Graduate Grant
The Aspire Global Graduate Grant allows new international MBA students to pay the equivalent of domestic tuition fees when starting their studies at UCW in Fall 2025 Term, or any term in 2026.

Conditions:
- The student must commence their program before their offer for admission expires.
- The student must not change programs.
