A Diploma of Business in Tourism Management delivers an understanding of the tourist experience, culture and destination management, business communications and marketing fundamentals through a global and local perspective. Graduates of a Tourism Management diploma have the skills necessary to contribute to the industry from a strategic perspective, plus the opportunity to continue studying at bachelor level.

This course develops a foundation of business subjects that address the skills and knowledge needed for a career in the tourism industry. It teaches students about the importance of the tourist experience and how it impacts the economy domestically and internationally. Successful completion will enable students to continue into the second year of the Bachelor of Business (Tourism Management).
