About Master of Arts (Honours) - German and Scandinavian Studies (RR26)
This joint honours programme offers students the opportunity to study the languages and cultures of two influential parts of modern Europe. The programme allows students to acquire advanced spoken and written skills in both German and a Scandinavian language, such as Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, through intensive language study and a year abroad.
In addition to language classes, students will explore various aspects of German-language and Scandinavian culture, including literature, cinema, history, society, politics, and languages in themed and comparative contexts.
