St. Scholastica’s English program will allow students to explore literature in all forms, developing their ability to appreciate and analyze the texts they encounter. Through the curriculum, students will enhance and refine their critical writing and analytical skills as they discover their voice as writers and thinkers. At the same time, students will enjoy significant flexibility in creating their academic path by choosing courses that resonate with their interests and goals.
Led by experienced faculty, students will focus on areas such as Shakespeare, women’s writing, contemporary novels, American and British literature, children’s literature and creative writing. With small class sizes, students will work closely with these engaged professors, gaining personalized guidance and insight throughout the educational journey.
