Bachelor of Science - Nanoscale Engineering

In the Bachelor of Science in Nanoscale Engineering program, students will study a wide range of scientific disciplines, as well as mechanical, biomedical, electrical, computer, and semiconductor engineering. 

Through coursework and research, they'll gain an understanding of matter at the nanoscale to create products and processes that are lighter, smaller, faster, stronger, or more efficient. Longer-lasting batteries, faster semiconductor microprocessors, higher-resolution medical devices, more effective vaccines, more resilient crops, and cleaner energy are among the ways that nanoscale engineering has contributed to society.  

With a solid scientific and engineering foundation, hands-on experience in some of the most advanced technological facilities in the nation, and internships with emerging start-ups and corporate leaders, they will be equipped to secure a career designing engineering solutions.
