Doctorate of Nursing Practice - Nurse Anesthesiology (D.N.P)

The comprehensive DNP program prepares you for the certification exam, setting students on the path to becoming a CRNA. Learn the skills and ethical leadership qualities to advocate for improved patient care, provide safe, compassionate anesthesia services, and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals.

They will experience a supportive learning environment through in-person classes supplemented by occasional online/hybrid sessions. This full-time program allows them to develop advanced nursing skills while understanding scientific principles and gaining invaluable clinical practice experience. We offer robust small-group simulation experiences throughout their first year to help them sharpen the skills and training needed. The program, accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA), is designed to empower qualified registered nurses to become doctorally-prepared Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) before entering an operating room.
