Diploma of Conservation and Ecosystem Management (C5418) (104848J):
The Diploma of Conservation and Land Management will introduce students to the skills used by land managers, park rangers, site assessors, water quality assessors and conservation staff.
Students will learn how to survey animals and plants, monitor waterways, assess and restore natural sites, and undertake cultural studies relating to land management.
Students will also go on field trips to a variety of locations around Melbourne, as well as overnight excursions to places such as Heywood and Barmah Forest.
