Foundation Studies is delivered by the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology Training, a fully owned entity of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. Foundation Studies provides students with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need for their future academic success.

Bachelor of Engineering - Civil and Infrastructure (Honours) (BH077) (079625C):
Students will be able to specialize in civil infrastructure projects, geotechnical works, structures, transport or water resources.
The Bachelor of Engineering - Civil and Infrastructure program maintains an environmental sustainability focus, in line with continuing trends in the global engineering profession.
Students will have the opportunity to design creative solutions through inspiring and sustainable design and build projects, as well as taking part in the Engineers Without Borders Challenge - a humanitarian-focused course offered in all the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology engineering degrees.
To ensure students graduate job ready, they will also have an opportunity to undertake a work-integrated learning (industry experience) elective.
