Bachelor of Arts - American Studies (BA)

American Studies at Oklahoma State University offers students a systematic understanding of the culture and society of the United States of America from a multidisciplinary perspective. Students interested in identity, social power and social responsibility will connect with teachers and peers in a supportive environment in the small, discussion-based classes. Oklahoma State University's curriculum allows students to tailor their coursework from a range of courses and cultural studies before completing the two required courses: Theories and Methods of American Studies and Senior Seminar in American Studies.
