Master of Science - Applied Physics and Engineering

About Master of Science - Applied Physics and Engineering
Northeastern University offers a combined MS program in applied physics and engineering for ambitious students eager to build professional skills and demonstrate leadership.
Coursework provides graduate students with a broader exposure to engineering, rather than focusing on specific industry segments like most other programs. Students will have greater flexibility in seeking employment opportunities and will be better able to transition from one industry segment to another as the market changes during their careers.
Students may complete an additional eight semester hours thesis option. A thesis committee is composed of an advisor and two faculty members from physics or electrical engineering.
