The Bachelors of Science General Engineering program at the Newark College of Engineering (NCE) is a broad-based and interdisciplinary program in engineering. It is designed for students who desire a rigorous, broad-based course of study in preparation for a professional career. The program provides them with the opportunity to study the traditional foundational engineering concepts in mathematics, science, application, and design. Additionally, built into the program are engineering electives where students can be exposed to courses in civil, mechanical, industrial, biomedical, chemical, computer, and electrical engineering in order to obtain a well-rounded knowledge base.
