Students explore how to write, how to reach people with different needs, from on-line shoppers to C.E.O.’s, from legislators to literary critics, from police officers to poets. Students will also explore what is written, recognizing that every story is a virtual reality. Each expresses its author's view of how the real world works, and by entering the created world students are able to learn real-life lessons about heroism, passion, jealousy, temptation, triumph, defeat, rebellion, acceptance, and love.
