Intensive English Program (IEP-G)

About Intensive English Program (IEP-G)
The Intensive English Program at Grenfell (IEP-G) is designed to improve students' English language skills for academic, professional and personal purposes. This program is open to all applicants who are over 18, hold a valid high school diploma and have an intermediate level of English.
This program is completely non-credit-bearing and available at 3 levels. Typically, students in IEP-G are students who (i) don’t meet the necessary minimum language requirements for the Intensive English Bridge Program, (ii) they are bound for a graduate program so they don’t need to participate in undergraduate courses alongside their English language instruction time or (ii) they are short-term students who have not had their academic admissibility assessed by the admissions office.
*This program is available completely online in the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 semesters. Students can be added to the online program quite quickly.
