MSc Real Estate will not only exercise student's skills in communication and negotiation, but will also expand upon their business, critical thinking and technical skills. They’ll become an expert in all things real estate, from the development of commercial real estate, and valuation of commercial property, to acquisition, management and disposal of buildings across the globe.
Developed alongside industry partners, this course will ensure that students are at the forefront of innovation and best practice. Students will also gain invaluable experience on real-world projects and industry scenarios, engaging in authentic learning and assessment.
An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
