The demand for expert construction project managers is steadily on the rise, both in the UK and internationally. On the Construction Project Management MSc, students will become an expert in their field, opening the door to better career and salary prospects. London Met’s School of the Built Environment has designed this course to provide students with the skills needed to become a well-practised and valued project manager in the construction field and the expertise to lead on complex projects globally.
By working on real world projects, students will engage in authentic learning and assessment and will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with national and international organisations. To further advance career prospects, London Metropolitan University has strong links with employers active in all aspects of the built environment and involve them in the curriculum design.
Taught by industry experts and practitioners, students will gain the knowledge sought after by employers including how to motivate and lead project teams, keep to tight deadlines and budgets and achieve their client’s goals. Students will gain an awareness of the challenges faced when delivering projects within and outside of the UK, taking into account differing cultural and national contexts.
An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
