London Metropolitan University's Film and Television Studies (Foundation Year) BA (Hons) will equip students with knowledge about the film and television industry, as well as transferable and practical skills that are applicable in the real-world.
The foundation year will be shared with students from other foundation year degrees in the School of Computing and Digital Media. This will be the ideal opportunity to meet students from different specialisms and exchange ideas on the programme they study.
Throughout the degree students will receive academic and pastoral support from their tutors and academic mentor. There will also be opportunities to attend career-related workshops, which can help students with skills, such as job application writing and interview techniques.
An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
