London Metropolitan University's Textiles (including foundation year) BA (Hons) degree has a built-in foundation year that will give students the chance to explore broader art subjects alongside textiles and textile design during a preparatory foundation year. It’s an ideal choice if students can’t meet the entry criteria for a standard three-year degree in textile design.
The foundation year will allow students to experiment with a wide range of media and approaches before going on to specialise in their subsequent years of study when students will study the same course content as students in the traditional three-year textiles course.
An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
