The decisions people make as political communities, who makes them and how, have consequences for how they live, from questions of war and peace, the distribution of wealth, the rights, freedoms, responsibilities, the access to education, transport and health care.

International Relations is a multidisciplinary subject, which draws in contributions from politics, history, media, sociology, law, economics and religion. Global issues dominate the news headlines on a daily basis and International Relations will allow students to focus on this dimension of politics.
