This course is ideal for those students who are graduate engineers starting their career in the construction industry. Combining structural engineering with advanced construction management, the course addresses the challenges facing the construction industry. Students will study subjects that are specific and complementary to civil engineering, developing their problem-solving abilities. A structural design module will broaden and deepen their technical knowledge of specialised civil engineering areas.
This degree is accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators, which includes the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Structural Engineers, Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and the Institute of Highway Engineers under licence from the Engineering Council and by CIOB.
