1-Semester Pathway - Pre-Masters in Engineering - Continue to Master of Science - Drilling and Well Engineering

This 10-week program is specifically designed for students studying the pathways to Robert Gordon University MSc Engineering programs. Developed alongside RGU, this course provides graduates with the skills, knowledge, and focus needed throughout their studies at the MSc level.

Students who successfully complete the pre-master course at ICRGU are guaranteed entry to their chosen MSc program at Robert Gordon University.

Aimed at developing engineers to become drilling engineers and to develop the skills of those who may already be practicing drilling engineers. Students of this course will study key areas including well design, drilling, and operations management. This course provides both practical and academic skills to enhance future career options.

Fully accredited by the Energy Institute, students of this course will benefit from the use of the university DART facility (Dynamic Advance Response Training), this state-of-the-art learning environment uses 3D graphics to represent a rig floor and the wide range of equipment and drilling processes currently used by the oil and gas industry.
