College Diploma - Hospitality Management (SIT50416)

Competencies gained as a result of undertaking this course will give the student a firm grounding in all aspects of hospitality, assisting them to enter the industry in a supervisory role. Students will be able to manage frontline services, plan and control a range of operations, manage financial operations, maintain business compliance within legislative requirements, and market effectively to customers. Graduates will also have the skills required to effectively lead, supervise, and manage teams of people. The course duration is 56 weeks inclusive of 36 service periods in a hospitality environment.
