International Year One - Undergraduate Pathway - General (1-Semester Pathway) Transfer to Bachelor of Science - Food, Nutrition and Dietetics - Food and Beverage Management

International Year One is a supportive program that allows students to earn credits towards their degree while receiving additional academic, cultural and language support customized for international students.

Upon successful completion of the Pathway program and meeting university requirements for undergraduate admission, you may enter your next semester of study at Illinois State University.

The Food and Beverage Management program at Illinois State covers the broad field of nutrition with a special focus on the food and beverage industry rather than science. The program combines business and management principles with food service and hospitality skills.

All students in the Food and Beverage Management program are required to complete an undergraduate professional practice experience as a program requirement.
