Bachelor of Science - International Business
Illinois State University is the only public university in Illinois that offers a major in International Business. Students who have studied a foreign language in high school, wish to major in business, and are interested in the international expansion of business may find this major to be the right fit for them.
The International Business program is interdisciplinary, combining core courses in general business and foreign languages with advanced courses in international business. Students select a specific concentration from options such as marketing, finance, insurance, management, business information systems, or accountancy. Advanced business courses examine not only international activities within the different majors but also how cultures influence business practices and the legal environments of various countries.
