Planning, financing, building, selling, letting, managing, developing new business models: The real estate industry is not only multi-faceted, but also one of the most important markets of the future in which students can make a big difference. In this dynamic and complex environment, people with strong personalities in particular have the chance to make a difference.

The degree programme comprises four semesters (120 ECTS) and perfectly combines theory and practice: in close cooperation with corporate partners, students work on real-life projects and are supervised and coached by EBS' faculty members.

Start at the Rheingau - New students are welcomed to the Rheingau Campus in Oestrich-Winkel at the start of their studies. As part of the onboarding programme, students have the opportunity to get to know their peers and the university, while also participating in the renowned EBS Real Estate Congress. This provides first insights into the real estate industry and enables valuable networking opportunities at an early stage.

The path and Goal in Hamburg - From mid-September, students will move to the vibrant real estate hub of Hamburg. There, they will find an attractive environment and a study programme tailored to the real estate sector, with countless contacts in the industry – above all, the Real Estate and Leadership (REaL) Foundation with its numerous renowned members. Students will frequently travel to Rheingau as part of the course requirements.

In the first two semesters, students gain in-depth, industry-specific knowledge. At the same time, they deepen their expertise and gain valuable practical experience through an individualised practical project.

With the Accelerated Track, students have the opportunity to shorten the duration of their studies and complete the Master's degree programme in two semesters (60 ECTS). The prerequisite for this is a Bachelor's degree with 240 ECTS credits or, in the case of a degree with fewer than 240 ECTS credits, corresponding professional experience.
