The financial industry is one of the most important sectors of the economy, with a unique need for values and a responsibility towards people. At EBS Universität, state-of-the-art teaching content, individual personal development, and practical work with leading names in the finance industry are offered. This ensures a perfect preparation for an exciting future.

In the first semester, in addition to the practical Onboarding Project, the strategic, economic and financial foundations are laid in core modules. The second semester offers the opportunity to specialise in elective modules and to enhance your practical experience in the Field Project.

During the studies, key competencies for future careers are developed through Professional Development Workshops, while individual coaching from the EBS Coaching & Leadership Hub prepares students for leadership roles. Additionally, there is the opportunity to further develop international language skills through foreign language courses at the EBS Language Centre.
