This two-term Ontario Graduate Certificate program is ideal if students are preparing to take on the challenge of a supervisory, management, or leadership role supporting business transformation. Students will explore a variety of change management theories, models, and principles to build a solid foundation. Students will view change through an organizational lens, including culture, strategic direction, organizational readiness, and hierarchical influences.
