Program Description
The Network Management program (ACS) aims to train students to install and manage networks. Network technicians work in all sectors; in large or smaller companies and others are self employed. It is also a profession that allows for international mobility. According to Emploi Québec, there is an urgent need for network technicians. College National of Sciences and Technology offers a program in Network Management to train students to respond to this important market demand. By the end of the program, students will have knowledge and skills:
- Setting up complete networks: computers, connect them to each other, servers (Internet, databases, etc.), access, etc.
- Managing networks
- Adapting to new technologies and developing the network
- Providing support to network users
- Monitoring network activity and ensure security
