About Master of Fine Arts - Interactive Media Design
The master of fine arts in interactive media curriculum requires 15 one-unit courses. The flexible curriculum ensures that the main focus is on project. All MFA students are required to complete a project of their own design in each year of study that will be published or exhibited prior to graduation.
Through interdisciplinary courses, seminars, and studio work, students will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, writings, readings, oral presentations, guided research, and other academic activities related to studio concentration. In the second year (8-plus units), students an run their own studio of undergraduate students while earning valuable leadership and communication skills, and project management experience.
