About Bachelor of Arts - Art
A 73-75 credit studio art degree for students desiring to pursue studio art or graphic design-related careers and/or seeking artistic enrichment. The degree can be directed toward either graphic design, a discipline-specific studio art practice or a cross-disciplinary and/or cross-media studio art practice.
In addition to core required courses, students may choose to select a minor or a group of related courses with the assistance of their faculty advisor.
For those wishing to enter the BFA program, there are two tracks within the BA program to chose from: Studio Art track, and Graphic Design track. Students enrolled in a track program may chose to submit an application for entrance into the BFA program during their Junior year.
