College Diploma - Medical Office Administrator (Optional Co-op)

Students attending the Medical Office Administrator Diploma (MOA) program will gain valuable medical administrative skills to get a high-paying and stable Medical Receptionist job. This program is approved by the Superintendent under the Private Career Colleges Ace 2005. At BTT College, the MOA training assumes that students have little or no previous medical receptionist knowledge or skills. They will start from the beginning and will increase their knowledge and skills through theory, and hands-on practice exercises. In the eight months of attending classes, students will develop critical thinking, able to analyze situations, transcript notes, good telephone manners, customer service, and problem-solving.
